What legitimately moves the scope
- Research included, or designing from the team's existing evidence?
- Flows and states covered (empty, error, loading — the real surface area)
- Fidelity: wireframes vs. production-ready UI vs. full design system
- Collaboration model: embedded weekly cadence vs. deliverable handoff
